About Wealt
Wealt is a principal-led, multi-asset portfolio management platform for sophisticated investors across EMEA, including HNWIs, family offices and post-exit founders. We source, research and structure high-conviction opportunities across growth equity, pre-IPO, PE/VC, litigation finance and real assets, and we commit our own capital first, every time, before inviting investors to co-invest alongside us.
We pair institutional access and proprietary research with a digital-first experience, and we manage the full investment lifecycle end to end, from structuring the vehicle to investor updates and exit.
Role overview
You will join our investment team as an Investments & Research Intern, focusing on late-stage venture capital and private equity opportunities. Working alongside the founders and the investment team, you will turn data into actionable insights and support the full private investment life cycle, from sourcing to portfolio monitoring.
What you'll do

- Run initial qualitative and quantitative assessments to prioritise prospects for detailed diligence
- Support origination across target sectors and geographies
Due diligence and valuation
- Build and maintain financial models (cap table, DCF, comparables, sensitivity analysis) to underpin valuation and return scenarios
- Analyse unit economics, capital efficiency, exit pathways and downside protections
- Coordinate data-room reviews and prepare diligence checklists
Research and thematic coverage
- Produce sector primers, competitor landscapes and market-sizing analyses
- Monitor regulatory developments and macro drivers affecting portfolio exposures
- Build expertise across key verticals such as AI, fintech, space and enterprise software
Investment committee materials
- Draft concise investment memos, risk summaries and recommendation decks for IC approval
- Articulate value-creation levers, valuation comparables and deal-structure considerations
Portfolio monitoring and investor content
- Track operating KPIs, financing events and corporate actions across portfolio companies, and flag material deviations
- Produce factsheets, market updates and research pieces for investors and platform users
- Make sure external materials meet brand and compliance standards
You might be a good fit if you
- Are enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a bachelor's or master's in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related quantitative field

- Have shown initiative through coursework, projects or extracurriculars
Preferred qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in investment banking, VC, PE, equity research or strategy consulting
