About Wealt

Wealt is a London-based, principal-led private markets co-investment platform for sophisticated investors across EMEA: HNWIs, family offices and post-exit founders. We source, research and structure high-conviction opportunities, and we commit our own capital in every transaction before inviting investors to co-invest alongside us.

We pair institutional access and proprietary research with a digital-first experience, and we manage the full investment lifecycle end to end, from structuring the vehicle to investor updates and exit.

Role overview

You will be the engine of Wealt's investor relations: running the pipeline, the materials and the investor experience, working day-to-day with our Head of Investor Relations and directly with the Founder. This is an early seat in a team we are deliberately keeping lean and AI-native, so you will own real outcomes from the first month.

Our investor relations has two sides. A high-touch family office side, led by the Head of IR, builds long-term relationships with family offices and distribution partners across Europe, the Middle East, Turkey and Asia. A digital, platform-led side brings HNWIs and post-exit founders to Wealt. You will work across both and help build the latter from the ground up with strong HNWI relationship management.

This is not a pure sales role and not an admin role. We're building long-term relationships with sophisticated investors through regular meetings, high-pace growth and lead generation, preparing investor decks, full product development cycles with the tech team, running the CRM that shows where every relationship stands, and being a trusted, knowledgeable contact for our investors.

We are hiring at Analyst or Associate level, depending on experience.

What you'll do

Fundraising and pipeline

  • Own the investor pipeline in HubSpot: every family office, HNWI, founder and distribution partner, with stage, next step and owner kept current
  • Research and map prospects ahead of outreach: family offices, wealth managers, private banks and multi-family offices, their mandates, decision-makers and appetite for private markets
  • Prepare briefing notes before every meeting the Head of IR or Founder takes, and capture follow-ups the same day
  • Run co-investment and fund launch campaigns: target lists, sequencing, follow-ups and commitment tracking through to close
  • Support relationships with distribution partners such as wealth managers and private banks

Investor materials and communication

  • Draft and maintain investor materials with the investment team: deal one-pagers, investment memos, fund presentations, FAQs and responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
  • Write quarterly investor updates, portfolio news and event invitations
  • Keep every piece accurate and consistent across deals, and route it through our financial promotion sign-off before it goes out

Digital investor acquisition

  • Work with marketing and our engineers to turn content, events and campaigns into qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound interest, run first calls and convert the right investors onto the platform
  • Use data from HubSpot and the platform to see which channels and messages bring committed investors, and act on it

Investor experience and account management

  • Be the first point of contact for investors after they join: questions on deals, the platform, documents and reporting
  • Hand new investors to Investment Operations for onboarding and KYC with everything complete, and keep them informed until they are live
  • Plan regular touchpoints with existing investors so they hear from us before they need to ask

Events and network

  • Organise investor dinners, briefings and webinars in London and abroad, from guest list to follow-up
  • Represent Wealt at industry conferences and founder and family office events

Process, systems and AI

  • Build IR workflows that one person can run at scale: templates, sequences, dashboards and AI-assisted research and drafting
  • Report weekly on pipeline, conversion and capital raised to the Head of IR and Founder
  • Team up with the in-house technology team to bring new product features

What we're looking for

Must-haves

  • 1–2 years (Analyst) or 2–6 years (Associate) in investor relations, capital raising, private banking, wealth management, placement, or a client-facing role at a private markets firm, fund or family office
  • A working grasp of private markets: how SPVs, closed-ended funds and co-investments work, what investors ask about fees, liquidity and exits, and how a raise moves from first meeting to commitment
  • Clear, polished writing; you can turn an investment memo into a one-page investor note without losing what matters
  • Confidence with senior, sophisticated investors, in person and on the phone
  • Disciplined pipeline habits: you log everything, follow up on time and know where every conversation stands
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills, and quick to pick up new tools
  • Comfortable owning outcomes in a small team with real targets

Strongly preferred

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
  • An existing network among family offices, wealth managers, private banks or post-exit founders in the UK or Europe
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM, and with email sequencing or marketing automation
  • Daily use of AI tools for research, drafting and analysis, and ideas on where they can go further
  • Familiarity with the FCA regime, including client categorisation and financial promotion rules

Nice to have

  • CFA Level I, CISI or IMC, or willingness to study for one
  • Experience organising investor events or roadshows
  • French, German, Arabic or another European language

What we offer

  • Full-time: London office
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus linked to capital raised, and equity participation
  • Direct exposure to the Founder and Head of IR, and to investor conversations at the most senior level
  • Live deals in leading late-stage private companies, and a front-row seat on our first fund launch
  • Support for professional qualifications (CFA, CISI or IMC) and industry events
  • Real ownership from day one: the IR playbook you build will define how Wealt grows
